Julie's Daughter

This is Julie's daughter. Julie Kirkland is one of the people I dedicated my three step watercolor book to because she is the first one who mentioned the word NOTAN to me. That is the concept the whole book is based on.
I needed a magical muse today and so I turned to my Art Fairy Godmother....
