My own self

I am having a hard time painting my own face. I went for hard and soft edges and tried to keep colors separate while allowing them to blend but gee whiz.....
It is still elusive.

What I have learned so far:
This getting stuck on one photograph is a mistake. You must know when to move on. More learning will happen and you can always circle back...
